It’s too hot in HK to be baking in the kitchen but these lovely walnut fig bread are so worth the sweat.

I have made this recipe many times but this time I just rolled them into logs and used a lame to carve a few easy patterns. Finished it with a sprinkle of poppy seeds and white sesame seeds.
