dsc5876These super easy no bake energy balls are perfect for breakfast or a post workout snack. I make a batch and freeze them and bring them with me on my runs. If you don’t like cashew butter you can use any kind of nut butter as your heart desire.

The following recipe makes 12 bite size energy balls (I flattened mine to make them look like cookies).

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of cashew butter
  • 45 grams of honey or maple syrup
  • 65 grams of Oat Flour
  • 65 grams of almond flour (or you can replace almond flour with oat flour)
  • 10 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder (sifted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 30 grams of melted chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of freeze dried strawberries (I used a rolling pin to smash them up)

  1. Mix the cashew butter and honey / maple syrup together. Heat in a microwave for 30 seconds. If you don’t have a microwave, can heat it over a Bain marie for 1-2 minutes until melted.dsc5868
  2. Combine the oat flour, almond flour, salt and cocoa powder.Pour the dry ingredients into the melted cashew butter mixture. Mix until incorporated.
  3. Form balls and if you want you can flatten them so that they resemble cookies. Decorate but drizzling with melted chocolate and sprinkles with freeze dried strawberries.
  4. Place the energy balls into the refrigerator for 1 hour and can store up to 7 days. Enjoy.

以下食譜可以做到12個迷你能量波波。

材料
200克腰果醬
45克蜜糖或楓糖
65克燕麥麵粉
65克杏仁粉
10克無糖可可粉 (過篩)
半茶匙海鹽

裝飾材料
30克黑朱古力 (融化)
兩湯匙磨碎左嘅士多啤梨乾

步驟
1。 將腰果醬同蜜糖或楓糖混合一齊然後放入微波爐叮30秒。冇微波爐可以放喺一煲水上面坐熱佢一至2分鐘。
2。將燕麥麵粉杏仁粉鹽同過篩的可可粉。將乾嘅材料加入腰果醬。攪拌。分成12個小球。
3。用杯底或手輕輕壓扁。用融化朱古力裝飾能量波波跟住Shen上少少士多啤梨乾。
4。將能量波波放入雪櫃雪一個鐘就可以食得啦。可以放喺說雪櫃保存一星期。
